Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through course sales, bridal bookings, and international deals. This role involves high-volume call handling, personalized client consultation, team leadership, sales strategy development, and coordination with production, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Handle and manage up to 200 calls daily for selling makeup courses designed by Amrit Kaur, providing personalized consultation to students.
  • Manage up to 60 daily calls for bridal sales related to luxury weddings.
  • Approach all client interactions in a pleasant, polite, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Ensure prompt response to incoming calls (within 3–4 rings) and timely handling of all WhatsApp inquiries with the support of the team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and targets assigned for specific projects or campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth client consultation, understand needs, negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage account handling.

Sales Strategy, Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present sales strategies, forecasts, and target analysis before execution.
  • Share daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly sales reports, and annual performance analysis with management.
  • Follow existing sales systems and formats while suggesting improvements and implementing new technologies and processes.
  • Create and maintain client account summaries, including pricing negotiations, finalized deals, and communication history.
  • Develop profitability models, packages, offers, and customized deals to attract customers (maintaining separate contracts where required).

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Execute sales lead generation strategies, advertising campaigns, PR hype planning, post-campaign analysis, and reach optimization.
  • Build and implement innovative sales, networking, and social media outreach strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Conduct market positioning and competitor analysis every 15 days, including pricing, services, trends, and selling techniques.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on performance and market insights.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead the hiring, training, motivating, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Ensure optimal productivity and continuous skill enhancement of team members.
  • Align team goals with company sales objectives and brand guidelines.

Client Experience & Complaint Handling

  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, collect feedback, and ensure follow-ups for conversions.
  • Resolve customer complaints through structured counselling, investigation, solution development, and formal documentation.
  • Prepare complaint-handling drafts, reports, and recommendations for management approval.

Operations, Coordination & Events

  • Manage company contracts and ensure proper documentation before advance payments or booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with Amrit Kaur, production teams, service providers, and vendors for smooth execution of services.
  • Submit detailed client requirement forms (Excel) to the production coordinator immediately after booking.
  • Manage clients during service delivery and handle on-ground concerns or additional sales during events.
  • Participate in exhibitions, online/offline events, and brand promotions in coordination with the Director and Marketing team.
  • Handle international and domestic sales, including financial processes and banking requirements for students and clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and logistics as per client and artist requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, luxury services, or beauty industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel reporting, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, calls, and team members efficiently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
