Sunsky Logistics is expanding its footprint across Gujrat and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead business development initiatives, onboard new clients, and strengthen existing relationships across diverse industry sectors.

You’ll play a key role in delivering customized, multimodal logistics solutions that align with our clients’ strategic supply chain goals.

Role Description:

• Acquire and onboard new customers while growing existing accounts to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify potential opportunities in customers’ supply chain processes and design need-based logistics solutions using Sunsky Logistics Ltd service portfolio.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular interaction.
• Maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
• Cross-sell across all product lines: Ocean & Air Freight.
• Collaborate with regional and global product heads to deliver tailored presentations and integrated logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders — Pricing, Operations, CHB to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with industry vertical leaders for joint client meetings and strategic customer engagements.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and carrier activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Sunsky Logistics Ltd at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and build new partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–6 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within Freight

Forwarding & Logistics in Gujrat region.

Strong customer network and understanding of local logistics markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Sales are an advantage.
