JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a high-performing and inspiring Sales Manager to drive results, lead our growing
sales team, and directly contribute to high-ticket sales at SIDDHARTH BHANUSHALI ADVISORY PVT.
LTD.
This role is crucial in achieving the company’s revenue goals through both team management and
individual high-ticket sales. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Sales Executives, seƫing
sales targets, monitoring performance, and driving strategic execution while contributing directly to
the revenue through personal sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on high-ticket sales.
Set weekly/monthly targets and monitor performance using KPIs.
Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and feedback sessions to drive accountability and
improvement.
Support team members in closing complex deals or navigating difficult prospects.
Build a performance-oriented culture driven by growth, skill-building, and consistency.
Own Sales Contribution
Personally manage a portfolio of high-intent leads and close high-ticket sales.
Build strong rapport with potential clients, understand their financial goals, and provide
tailored consultation.
Act as a role model for the team in terms of sales approach, discipline, and communication.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Track conversion metrics and improve lead flow and nurturing mechanisms in collaboration
with the marketing team.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on sales performance and team
productivity.
Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale
on boarding. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record in high-ticket sales (preferably in financial products, training, or
education).
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales data analysis.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills.
Ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Work Location
This is a Work from Office role based in Dombivli, Maharashtra.
