Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Bilaspur location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
