Job Title: Sales Manager Location: [Jaipur] Department: Sales Reports To: Director of Sales / Head of Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure targets are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities and oversee the sales pipeline. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging. Handle key account management and high-level negotiations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of [2] years of proven experience in sales, with at least [2] years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
