Has experience of working directly with Facility managers, consultant, architects, design & build, HVAC consultant, lighting consultant, PMC and Specify our products, solutions, getting necessary approvals. 3. Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment 4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision making criteria, processes used in the industry etc 5. Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users. 6. Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Good to have 1. Worked on CRM Tools 2.
