Job Description

As a Sales Manager (LAP) reporting to the Branch Manager, your role involves delivering month-on-month targets on Micro LAP Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income, and Portfolio Health. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, client origination, and file login in accordance with Organization Policies, alongside the Credit Team. Additionally, you will manage connector and channel engagements, collaborating with CPA and Credit Manager to address any client queries for CAM presentation. Your responsibilities will also include driving client acceptance, loan documentation, cross-sell initiatives, and recovery efforts if necessary. Furthermore, you are expected to uphold the highest level of conduct, integrity, and transparency in dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver month-on-month targets on Micro LAP Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income, and Portfolio Health - Manage client engagements, origination, and file login in line with Organization Policies - Engage with connector, channel partners, CPA, and Credit Manager - Drive client acceptance, loan documentation, and cross-sell initiatives Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP business - Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts, industry practices, and market trends - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area This job requires up to 5 years of relevant sales experience in LAP sales, with connector/channel management skills being mandatory. Experience in managing a portfolio range of 30 lakhs to 1 crore and ticket size of 5 lakhs to 1 crore is preferred. Your primary skills should include selling, sales execution, business development, sales reporting and analysis, negotiation, SME segment understanding, channel management, and in-depth knowledge of legal technicalities of LAP and mortgage of various properties.,
