Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Managers who can take ownership of regional growth by identifying and onboarding new channel partners and clients in the supply chain finance ecosystem.

You will work at the frontlines—managing local relationships, understanding client needs, and helping businesses grow through Mintifi’s embedded finance offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients (distributors, dealers, retailers) within your local area

• Promote Mintifi’s supply chain finance solutions to potential partners and business owners

• Build strong business relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders

• Execute end-to-end sales processes—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal and servicing

• Monitor performance, drive portfolio growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain market intelligence and provide feedback to the product and strategy teams

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Fintech, NBFCs, or Supply Chain Finance

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✅ Deep knowledge of your local market and industry dynamics

✅ Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

✅ Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
