Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The role also involves regular reporting, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
