Additionally, identifying and visiting key accounts, attending conferences/exhibitions, and developing media promotion plans will be part of your duties. Collaborating with the Line Manager, you will identify potential key accounts, formulate marketing plans, and provide sales and product training to distributors. Create material PN number basic on the purchase process, work in with data management department to make sure the correct configuration of it and follow up the process. 2 Logistics & Custom Manage and keep in contact both with customs clearance agent and forwarder, make import shipment process smoothly and economically. Arrange domestic transportation for local order against their shipment requirement and transmit the shipment document timely to keep consignor notified about the status. Well Versed with HSN and Compliances related to Imports with background Medical Industry preferable. 2) Acute Knowledge on the entire Import process from filing of BoE till clearance of Import. 3) Proactive approach on situation; Solution Finder. Overall Management of Warehouse Systems including but not limited to the following: 1) Proficiency in setting up new warehouses. 2) Well Versed with Compliances related to warehouse and imports. 3) Process Improvement & Efficiency Improvement. 4) Inventory Management 5) Demo Management 6) Vendor Management 7) Report Preparation 8) Manpower planning Demo equipment’s arrangement and storage, updating record on the status for financial memo. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized university/institute and have at least 10 years of experience in Generalist HR/HRBP roles. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with strong presentation and analytical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a multinational organization and familiarity with HRMS platforms like SF/Workday are required. Additionally, experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles in a Sales organization is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently with high ownership levels and a process-oriented mindset.
