Manager- HR

You are a Manager/Senior Manager in the Human Resources department at Mindray, a prominent global provider of medical devices and solutions. Your role is based in Gurugram, at the MRIN Corporate HQ, reporting to the Deputy Director of HR. Your key stakeholders include business and function leaders based in India and the Global HQ. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized university/institute and have at least 10 years of experience in Generalist HR/HRBP roles. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with strong presentation and analytical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a multinational organization and familiarity with HRMS platforms like SF/Workday are required. Additionally, experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles in a Sales organization is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently with high ownership levels and a process-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities include overseeing Talent Development initiatives, such as Learning & Development programs, new employee training, and onboarding processes. You will also be responsible for cultivating a positive culture and atmosphere within Mindray, conducting employee engagement activities, communication programs, and reward & recognition processes. Moreover, you will manage Performance Management processes, talent reviews, and goal-setting procedures. In your role as TA & HRBP for Marketing & Support, you will lead the Talent Acquisition process, drive Employer Branding initiatives through various platforms, and collaborate with the business to enhance the work environment positively. Overall, your role at Mindray involves contributing to the organization's Talent Development, Culture & Atmosphere Building, and Performance Management processes to ensure a conducive and engaging work environment for employees.,
