Manager- HR

As an HR Manager at NucleusTeq, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and business objectives by effectively managing Core HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR policies that are in line with the overall business strategy - Owning and updating Policy Documents and the Employee Handbook as required - Ensuring adherence to policies and providing guidance when needed - Overseeing the performance appraisal systems and executing the Performance and Talent Strategy - Recommending and developing review systems for continuous improvement - Supporting the Recruitment, selection, and onboarding process - Developing and driving the Training Calendar for both tech and non-tech teams - Fostering positive management and employee relations - Ensuring legal and statutory compliance while maintaining HR records - Managing employee benefits and wellness programs Preferred Qualifications: - MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification - 8+ years of experience in companies with progressive HR systems - Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred - Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development, and policy drafting - Excellent communication skills, high ownership, and a bias for action Why Join Us Working at NucleusTeq will provide you with the opportunity to work in an innovative environment that is shaping the future of data migration.
