Job Description

As a Sales Manager with CRM/ERP sales experience, you will be responsible for driving sales of software solutions within a defined territory. Your role will involve strategic planning, prospecting, solution selling, relationship building, sales cycle management, negotiation, market intelligence, collaboration, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various methods such as networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. - Understand customer business needs and challenges, and effectively present and demonstrate the value of solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts and partners. - Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets. - Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in software solution sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong experience in selling to C-Level executives and closing high-value deals. - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Strong understanding of the software sales cycle. - Experience with CRM software is a plus.
