Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor team performance through CRM tracking and daily reporting.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales pitch, follow-up quality, and closure skills.

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure high-quality lead handling from inquiry to closure.
  • Coordinate and supervise property site visits, events, and promotional campaigns.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Resolve escalated client queries and ensure smooth documentation and post-sales support.
  • Promote referral and repeat business through excellent service delivery.

4. CRM & Process Management

  • Ensure the sales team updates all leads, interactions, and follow-ups daily in the CRM.
  • Track lead progress, conversion pipeline, and generate performance reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy and enforce process discipline across the sales department.

5. Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and project movements.
  • Share insights with senior management for strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales

    1–2 years in a team leader or managerial role

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital platforms.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
