Job Title: CRM & Admin Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Admin Executive to manage and track the complete sales process through CRM software, ensuring all sales, payments, and documentation are accurately maintained until possession. This role also involves handling administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Work on CRM software to manage and track leads, sales, payments, and documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate and follow up with clients and internal teams until possession is completed. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management. Support the sales team with reports, updates, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain documents, agreements, and reports related to sales and possession. Ensure smooth office operations and assist in general office management. Requirements: Proven experience in CRM operations or administrative roles (real estate experience preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
