Sales Manager Real Estate

You will be responsible for managing high-value real estate deals and overseeing the entire sales pipeline. Your duties will include onboarding and supervising Channel Partners to increase lead outreach, optimizing listings on platforms like 99acres, Housing.com, and MagicBricks, ensuring fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams, engaging with walk-in and organic leads to convert them into buyers, resolving CP conflicts, monitoring portal performance, and enhancing conversions. Additionally, you will collaborate with social media and content/design teams to improve campaign quality and create appealing marketing material. Qualifications: - Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales - Proficiency in public dealing, communication, and team management - Preferred: UPRERA Agent certification or experience with reputed builders/CPs in high-volume sales Company Overview: Diya Greencity is a prominent affordable housing project located in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.
