Sales Manager Real Estate

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, providing leadership, training, and coaching to ensure the team meets organizational sales goals and revenues. You will develop and implement a sales strategy, set individual sales targets, and work on sales scripts with agents. Additionally, you will track, interpret sales figures, and ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
