You will be working as a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager at Casafy Realty LLP in Navi Mumbai office specifically for the Thane Market. Your role will involve driving sales, developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and finalizing sales deals. It will be your responsibility to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. - Drive property sales to meet monthly revenue targets - Consult and convert clients by providing personalized service - Manage digital inquiries and assist buyers in understanding our offerings - Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users - Negotiate deals and offer guidance to clients regarding market trends and pricing - Collaborate with our CRM team to ensure seamless post-sales service To be considered for this role, you should have: - Minimum of 16 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience working with HNI clients - Positive attitude and a drive for success - Must own a bike with valid documents Casafy Realty LLP offers a vibrant, youthful culture with fast-track career growth opportunities.
