Job Description

Focus: Leadership role to oversee sales pipeline, onboard CPs, handle leads from portals, manage commission structures, and work with content/social teams. Location: Diya Greencity Ghaziabad (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6CGd6QQu8tDKosH88) Experience: 5–8 years in real estate sales Salary: As per industry standards + incentives Responsibilities: Close high-value deals and manage the complete sales pipeline. Onboard and empower Channel Partners (CPs) to maximize lead reach. List projects and monitor performance on portals like 99acres, Housing.com, and MagicBricks. Ensure fair and transparent lead distribution among CPs and internal sales teams. Meet walk-in/organic leads and build relationships with serious buyers. Monitor portal performance, provide CP conflict resolution, and optimize lead conversion. Coordinate with the social media team to improve lead quality via campaign feedback. Assist content/graphics teams in creating legally compliant and visually appealing material. Requirements: Proven real estate sales experience, preferably with CP & portal exposure.
