Yash Construction is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Conversion: Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and follow-ups.

Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance project visibility and generate inquiries.

Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Site Visits: Conduct property site visits with clients and provide detailed information about the projects.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Post-Graduation (MBA or equivalent preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Good understanding of the real estate market

Self-motivated and target-driven
