*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team to drive high performance.

Generate and manage leads through client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Conduct property demonstrations and close sales through effective negotiations.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales and/or sales team management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

A self-starter with leadership qualities and a customer-first mindset.
