We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Guide clients through the property purchase process, from inquiry to closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to business planning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Good knowledge of local property market and real estate trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
