Real Estate Sales Agent

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Participate in site visits, open houses, and property exhibitions.
• Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and benefits.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams.
• Maintain a database of client information and leads.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and property laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training provided).
• Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
