Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Help in onboarding and documentation processes for new employees.
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and maintaining employee records.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, HR policies, and internal communications.
Work with HR software/tools for data entry and reporting.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
