• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Job posting on platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Resume screening & shortlisting
• Telephonic HR interviews
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews
• Maintaining candidate database
• Supporting onboarding activities

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR / Recruitment
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Pursuing
• Freshers welcome
• MBA/HR students preferred (not compulsory)
