Internship Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, client coordination, and HR operations, along with an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers in MS Excel.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements.
• Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Available for full-time (in-office) internship in Ghaziabad
• Can join from 1st November 2025
• Available for a 3-month duration
