Tender Executive – GeM Portal & IndiaMART Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 Years Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Industry Type: E-Procurement / Online Marketplace / Trading Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Tender Executive to manage and oversee operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal and IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of tender documentation, bid submission, vendor registration, and inquiry management. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete operations on the GeM portal, including: Product and service listing Bid participation and documentation Vendor registration and order processing Handle IndiaMART inquiries, generate leads, and respond to client queries effectively. Prepare, review, and submit bids, tenders, quotations, and related documents. Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary technical and commercial data for tenders. Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids, strictly adhering to tender compliance. Maintain a detailed log of all submitted tenders, bids, and their outcomes. Follow up with clients and internal teams post-submission for updates and clarifications. Keep product/service catalogs up-to-date on GeM and IndiaMART portals. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments. Maintain organized records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Required Skills: Practical working experience with the GeM portal. Familiarity with IndiaMART lead management and client handling. Understanding of tendering procedures and e-procurement processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Self-driven and result-oriented approach. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills for inter-department coordination. Education & Experience: Minimum Experience: 1 to 1.5 years in a similar role. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
