Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the real estate sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating sales and expanding the client base. Your strong background in real estate sales, coupled with leadership skills, will be pivotal in maintaining client relationships and achieving company targets. - Execute sales plans to meet targets - Identify new business opportunities - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Build and maintain relationships with clients, channels, and customers - Oversee negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction - Handle escalations when necessary - Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to generate leads - Perform sales analysis and prepare reports - Provide insights to improve sales efficiency Your Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate, will be essential for this position. Your strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, and knowledge of real estate and market trends will be assets in this fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
