We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth at PropNxT! If you have a strong track record in real estate sales, deal closures & client relationship management, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales targets with strategic plans & client-focused solutions.
• Build strong relations with clients & property owners.
• Lead presentations, negotiations & closings.
• Collaborate with marketing & ops teams for smooth execution.
• Share sales reports, forecasts & market insights with management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate/MBA with 2–6 of proven sales experience (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
• Target-driven, strategic thinker with CRM & MS Office/Google Workspace know-how.
• Should be from Mumbai Sub-urbs location.
• Comfortable working on Field for secondary market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
