Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth in our target markets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client inquiries, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team
Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or relevant field
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
