Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Presales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this primarily remote role, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming inquiries, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries Segment and qualify leads based on their potential and readiness to purchase Nurture warm and hot leads through targeted communication and follow-ups Coordinate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and campaign alignment Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system (TREOS) Provide valuable insights to the Sales and Marketing teams based on customer feedback and market trends Assist in developing and refining lead nurturing strategies Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Real Estate environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes Required Skills Lead qualification and nurturing Customer service orientation Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles Data entry and management Time management and prioritization Remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software) Benefits Competitive salary Remote work flexibility Professional development opportunities Company Events
