Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and industry news.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close real estate deals.
  • Understanding of real estate market
  • Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
  • Meetings prospective customers to present project & following up the sales
  • Product knowledge by market research for better deliverable
  • Achieve Sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects
  • Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints Timely
  • Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis to convert the lead
  • Direct Sales & Channel Sales
  • Should have good and relevant experience in Sales.
  • Good Communication Skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
