Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead sourcing, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Handle site operations, client visits, and project presentations.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with 6 - 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven experience in site handling and end-to-end sales management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
