Job Title: Store In-Charge (8+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and material requisitions for construction projects.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining organization, security, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials and assets.
• Lead and supervise a team of store assistants, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain detailed records of stock movements and prepare regular inventory reports.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor store budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate logistics of material transfers to different construction sites.
• Assist with audits and ensure accurate documentation for all store-related activities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in store management, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
• Expertise in inventory management, and procurement coordination.

- Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels for ongoing projects.

- Coordinate for timely procurement with concerned stakeholders and maintain the required inventory levels

- Maintain accurate data on TREOS and ensure physical stock reconciliation of all SKUs.

- Work on enhancing tracking mechanism and other store related features on TREOS

- Ensure all materials are stored securely and handled according to company standards.

- Implement cost control measures to optimize inventory efficiency.

- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines.
