Role Description As a Site Engineer (Roads & Bridges) at NGB Construction, you will play a critical role in overseeing on-site execution of road and bridge infrastructure projects. You will coordinate technical, quality, and safety aspects to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and project timelines. Set out construction works on-site: interpret design drawings and perform layout for road alignments, bridge piers, abutments, and earthworks. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities: manage teams, subcontractors, and labor to ensure work quality and productivity. Implement quality assurance & control: ensure materials (concrete, steel, aggregates) conform to approved standards; coordinate testing (e.g., concrete cubes, reinforcement inspection). Maintain site documentation: prepare daily progress reports, as-built drawings, and site diaries. Manage health, safety & environment (HSE): enforce safety procedures, supervise use of PPE, and conduct risk assessments. Coordinate with stakeholders: liaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and clients; participate in site progress meetings. Experience (Must) : 4-6 years experience in Railway work (Major/minor bridge, Embankment) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,706.18 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
