Job Overview

Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Engagement

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
Conduct property presentations, highlighting key features and addressing client queries

2. Sales & Closures

Negotiate deals, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive lead nurturing and engagement.

3. Channel Partner Management

Identify, onboard, and train new Channel Partners (CPs) to enhance the sales pipeline.
Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs, addressing queries and ensuring alignment with sales goals.
Collaborate with CPs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.

4. Sales Enablement & Support

Provide necessary tools, information, and support to help CPs close deals effectively.
