Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Engagement

  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Conduct property presentations, highlighting key features and addressing client queries

2. Sales & Closures

  • Negotiate deals, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive lead nurturing and engagement.

3. Channel Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and train new Channel Partners (CPs) to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs, addressing queries and ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with CPs to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.

4. Sales Enablement & Support

  • Provide necessary tools, information, and support to help CPs close deals effectively.
