Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Role Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company. You will lead a sales team, develop strategic sales plans, nurture client relationships, and ensure successful real estate transactions. Your expertise in real estate markets, leadership skills, and effective communication and negotiation abilities will be key to excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. - Forecast sales performance and develop action plans for improvements. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives. - Set individual and team performance targets, track progress, and provide support. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. - Conduct site visits and client meetings to convert leads into sales. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. - Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports. - Coordinate with marketing, legal, CRM, and operations teams for smooth sales execution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales. - Proven experience in handling high-value real estate transactions.
