Job Description

1. Sales Performance & Revenue Targets

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure minimum X% conversion rate from leads to bookings.
  • Monitor site visit–to–booking ratio and improve overall closing efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

2. Lead Management & Follow-up

  • Ensure all leads from online, offline, brokers, and campaigns are attended within maximum 2 hours.
  • Track lead status in CRM and maintain 100% accuracy.
  • Allocate leads to sales team and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Reduce lead leakage and ensure high-quality interactions with prospects.

3. Team Management & Training

  • Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
  • Conduct weekly training on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Set individual targets and monitor performance.
  • Ensure discipline, timely reporting, and customer engagement standards.

4. Site Visit Management

  • Ensure proper site visit coordination with clients.
  • Maintain site visit checklist, including brochures, mock-ups, amenities explanation, pricing, etc.
  • Track and improve site-visit-to-booking conversion ratio.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable site sales office.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle escalations, negotiation, and final closing.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries (within 24 hours).
  • Coordinate with CRM/post-sales team for document collection, payment follow-ups, and handovers.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
  • Share weekly reports with management.
  • Suggest pricing strategies, sales schemes, and promotional offers.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update management on sales pipeline, forecasts, team performance, and challenges.
  • Ensure all booking forms, customer documents, and agreements are submitted accurately.

8. Broker & Channel Partner Management

  • Build strong relations with brokers and channel partners.
  • Organize CP meetings, events, and site visits.
  • Ensure regular flow of leads and bookings from CP network.

9. Coordination With Marketing

  • Provide feedback on campaigns, inquiries, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate for events, exhibitions, digital marketing activities, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure marketing & sales alignment to maximize lead conversion.

10. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and RERA compliance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for sales and documentation.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and transparency with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
