We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing apprenticeship programs, and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a sales-driven role focused on client acquisition, net additions, and apprenticeship engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales Development
• Identify and acquire new clients across assigned regions.
• Drive net client additions and contribute to revenue growth.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable workforce or apprenticeship solutions.
Client Relationship Management
• Regularly connect with existing clients to understand their business needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Serve as the single point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Apprenticeship Engagement
• Execute and manage apprenticeship programs under NAPS/NATS.
• Educate clients on the benefits and structure of apprenticeship schemes.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for onboarding apprentices.
Market Research & Strategy
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on apprenticeship policies, government initiatives, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing models.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in staffing, HR
services, or apprenticeship programs.
• Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Schemes (NAPS/NATS) and related
processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
