Job Description


We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Development. With a strong presence in the USA, UK, and global markets, we’ve helped businesses across industries scale their online visibility, generate leads, and achieve significant ROI through tailored SEO strategies.


We are now looking for a Sales Manager (Remote) with proven experience in selling SEO services to clients in the USA and UK.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value SEO service deals. You will work closely with the CEO, strategy team, and account managers to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and clients are onboarded smoothly.


This is a full-time role with performance-based growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the USA and UK markets.
  • Sell SEO retainers, consulting, and enterprise-level SEO solutions to mid-sized and large businesses.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding business challenges and aligning SEO solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reporting on performance.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on SEO services.
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts, services, and deliverables (keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, etc.).
  • Proven track record of selling to USA and UK clients (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deals at once.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about digital marketing.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to industries like E-commerce, SaaS, Luxury Brands, Real Estate, and Professional Services.
  • Established network of contacts in the USA and UK.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and outbound campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO ROI metrics and ability to articulate them in sales discussions.
