Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Mandi Gobindgarh, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management experience, including developing and implementing sales strategies
• Client Relationship Management and customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development skills to understand market trends and optimize sales efforts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the auction or asset management industry is a plus
