Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager (Solar)
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala
Qualification: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA and solar knowledge preferred)

About the Role:
Oversee sales and operations for Eallisto's solar ventures (Eallisto Foksolar), blending strategic sales leadership with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for solar solutions (rooftop systems, solar panels, EPC projects).- Lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building.- Manage full sales cycle from lead conversion to closing.- Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.

Operations & Project Management:
- Oversee solar installation projects to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.- Manage resources, inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships.- Ensure safety, operational, and environmental compliance.

Leadership & Strategy:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead sales and operations teams.- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive improvements.- Assist in budget preparation and maintain profitability.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in operations or sales management in solar, renewable energy, or related sectors.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, and technical solar knowledge.- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and data analysis.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
