Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, develop sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. They will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Strong experience in sales management, sales strategy, and team leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive sales growth
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
