Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Attend calls from customers/PoSPs and deal with their queries and requirements 2.Gather sales information and put it into an easily readable format 3. Follow up with customer/PoSPs to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product 4. Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals 5. Provide necessary data or report to the sales team 6. Managing reports, supporting the Sales team in the pre and post sales process.
