Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acknowledging mail receiving for complaints, Installation & Commissioning tasks in both South & North regions. Your role will involve coordinating with the internal service team, clients, and manufacturers. You will be required to follow up with clients for updates, provide virtual guidance when needed, and ensure timely dispatch of replacement materials. Additionally, you will need to track and resolve any transit issues, book travel tickets for engineers, update project-related data in Excel, maintain databases, and prepare project handing over documents. Your role also includes closing complaints and commissioning tickets by sending feedback forms and service reports. Key Responsibilities: - Acknowledge mail receiving for complaints, Installation & Commissioning tasks - Coordinate with internal service team, clients, and manufacturers - Follow up with clients for updates via call and mail - Arrange virtual guidance for clients when necessary - Track and ensure timely dispatch of replacement materials - Resolve any transit issues with Transporter & Courier - Book travel tickets for engineers visiting outstation sites - Update project-related data in Excel for PAN INDIA - Maintain databases and prepare project handing over documents - Close complaints and commissioning tickets by sending feedback forms and service reports Qualifications Required: - BTECH in Mechanical Engineering - Diploma in Engineering - Previous experience working in the Valve Industry Please note that the job category is Sales Support Coordinator, the job type is Full Time, and the job location is Chennai.
