Job Description

Position SummaryThe EPR & PCR Sales & Marketing Manager will drive business development, sales, and marketing of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics while ensuring alignment with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. The role involves building partnerships with FMCG, packaging, and manufacturing companies, positioning the organization as a trusted sustainability partner, and achieving sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients across FMCG, consumer goods, packaging, textiles, and industrial sectors.
  • Drive sales of PCR, recycled plastics, and sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Expand B2B partnerships for EPR compliance services (collection, recycling, documentation).

EPR Compliance & Client Support

  • Assist clients in meeting EPR targets under national plastic waste management rules.
  • Provide end-to-end solutions including collection, recycling, certification, and reporting.
  • Liaise with government bodies, PROs (Producer Responsibility Organizations), and recycling partners.

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote PCR materials and sustainable solutions.
  • Create thought-leadership content, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and sustainability events.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in circular economy solutions.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming EPR regulatory changes.
  • Identify new opportunities in sustainable materials and recycling technologies.
  • Provide strategic inputs to leadership for capacity planning and market expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in sales/marketing in recycling, plastics, packaging, or sustainability sector.
  • Strong understanding of EPR regulations, PCR plastics, and sustainability compliance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate clients.

Skills Required

  • Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of plastic recycling technologies & sustainable materials.
  • Strong regulatory awareness of EPR rules (India/Global).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
