Medical Equipment Sales Manager – Telangana Region (Individual + Team Role) Location: Hyderabad (with travel across Telangana) Department: Sales Type: Full-Time | Field Role Position Summary: We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial Medical Equipment Sales Manager to take care of Sales in Telangana region . The role will begin as an individual contributor position for the first 3 months , focused on generating sales, building client relationships, and understanding the market. Once a foundation is established, the manager will recruit and build a high-performing sales team , drive revenue growth, and lead all sales activities in the region. This is a strategic position for someone who excels in both selling and leadership. Phase 1 – First 3 Months (Individual Contributor) Independently manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Promote our portfolio of medical equipment to hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Telangana. Build relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, hospital procurement teams, and administrators. Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify high-potential institutions for future team deployment. Phase 2 – After 3 Months (Team Development & Leadership) Recruit, onboard, and train a dedicated sales team for the Telangana region. Define team targets, structure territories, and implement incentive plans. Coach and guide the team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth. Support team members in high-value deals and institutional account development. Ongoing Responsibilities (All Phases) Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals. Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and team performance using CRM tools. Ensure excellent post-sale support and coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams. Maintain compliance with ethical sales practices and industry regulations. Candidate Profile:Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA is a plus). 5–8 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare product sales , with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-building role . Strong individual sales track record with familiarity in selling to hospitals and diagnostic labs. Willingness to work independently during the initial market development phase. Fluent in English and Telugu preferred; excellent communication and presentation skills. Based in Telangana or willing to relocate. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with diagnostic, surgical, ICU, or imaging equipment. Existing network in Telangana’s healthcare ecosystem. Familiarity with CRM tools. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary (fixed + variable) plus sales-based incentives (individual + team performance). Travel and field expense reimbursements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
