Job Description: Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Closing Manager)

Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra
Job Type: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Closing Manager) to lead end-to-end sales efforts, drive closures, and build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales closures, managing client negotiations, and ensuring maximum occupancy and sales efficiency in our commercial real estate portfolio. The role requires strong closing skills, deep real estate knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial real estate sales closures by converting leads into executed deals.
  • Handle end-to-end client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring.
  • Manage walk-in enquiries, site visits, and corporate presentations.
  • Build and strengthen channel partner networks for consistent lead flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, digital marketing, and SEO-driven lead generation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and deliver revenue growth.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
  • Experience:. Minimum 7 years of real estate sales experience with a focus on commercial properties strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
  • Strong digital sales/marketing understanding.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, and highly accountable

Schedule

  • Day shift (Full-time, On-site)

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Vasai East, Mumbai – 401208, Maharashtra before starting work.
