1. To meet prospective customers & conduct field trials of Fly-Ash, GGBS & Cement on regular basis.
2.Support Sales team to achieve targets of Fly Ash, GGBS & Cement.
3.To resolve quality complaints & interact with Site Engineers / Project Managers.
4.To give timely feedback on Approvals / Acceptance of Cement / Fly Ash & GGBS.
5. To interact with customers & help Sales team in Collections / Debtor Management.
6.To advise customers on best practises in construction especially the products promoted by us.
7.Timely feedback on quality issues of Fly Ash / GGBS / Cement if any.
