This role is India-based, aligned to night-shift hours , and will focus on prospecting, running discovery calls, supporting demos, and following up with healthcare decision-makers to close opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach - Identify and qualify healthcare enterprise leads through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls. Build and nurture a pipeline of decision-makers across clinics, health systems, payers, and digital health platforms Demo Support & Follow-Up - Coordinate and participate in product demos of Interactly’s healthcare AI agents (e.g., Scheduling Agent, Lab Liaison, Insurance Expert). Manage follow-up conversations post-demo to address prospect questions, share relevant case studies, and move opportunities through the funnel. Client Engagement - Educate prospects on Interactly’s outcome-based pricing model (pay for outcomes, not bot minutes). Articulate differentiators vs. generic AI solutions, emphasizing HIPAA-compliance, clinical guardrails, and deep EHR integrations. Collaboration & Insights - Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure high demo-to-conversion rates. Gather customer insights and relay feedback to inform go-to-market strategy and product development. Qualifications 4–6 years in B2B SaaS or AI sales , ideally with exposure to healthcare, RCM, or EHR workflows. Strong ability to run discovery calls, follow up on demos, and drive consultative selling . Excellent communication (Pref -American Accent), storytelling, and relationship-building skills with healthcare executives. Familiarity with healthcare provider pain points (patient access, prior authorization, insurance verification, scheduling). Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Comfortable working night shifts to align with US client schedules.
